- maintaining optimum energy, focus, and concentration throughout every game,
- replacing negative self-talk and pictures with convincing positive outcomes.
In addition, we treat the following unconscious issues of:
- Performing better in practice than in competition
- Fears of failure or success
- Residual pain, automatic body holding back, and incomplete healing from physical injury
- Sabotage from team politics
so that our clients can perform their best in every game and at every meet.
